ECS provides comprehensive service on all our products (since 1976). We get high marks for quick customer response with our 24-Hour Hotline.
But what is most unexpected is that the customer receives a call from an ECS engineer who understands his system and can diagnose the problem accurately over the phone and direct a solution. We will have parts out to the customer that day or on the next flight out. Our customers do not talk to "some new guy" every six months who doesn't know who they are or how their system is configured. Our engineers stay in contact with our customers and monitor their needs.
